Starptautisko Pārvadājumu Loģistikas Centrs offers a full range of customs clearance services for clients engaged in international freight transportation. We work with the European Union and other international destinations, ensuring legally compliant, efficient, and secure processing at all stages of transportation.

What we offer:

1. Customs clearance in the EU

We provide full support for goods during import, export, and transit through EU countries, strictly complying with EU customs legislation.

2. Import declaration

Submission and processing of import declarations for goods entering the EU. We consider cargo specifics, apply correct codes, and ensure proper calculation of duties and VAT.

3. Export declaration

Preparation of EX-1 declarations for goods leaving the EU. We ensure legality and correctness of export procedures, including confirmation of export.

4. Transit declaration

We prepare T-1 transit declarations and TIR system documents, enabling safe movement of goods through multiple countries without paying duties until the final destination.

5. Customs clearance of railway wagons

We specialize in handling goods transported by rail, including bulk shipments, containers, wagons, and combined transport.

SMGS consignment note

The SMGS consignment note is a railway transport document used in international freight transport under SMGS agreement rules.

What it contains:

  • consignor and consignee
  • departure and destination stations
  • exact description of goods (weight, quantity, type)
  • transport conditions
  • wagon and route details

6. Authorized consignor/consignee status

We assist in obtaining and maintaining authorized consignor/consignee status, allowing faster processing and reduced inspections.

7. AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) status

Support and consulting for companies with AEO status, providing customs advantages.

8. Temporary storage declaration (PUD)

We prepare PUD declarations for goods placed in temporary storage, reducing risks of delays and financial losses.

9. EPI (Electronic Pre-Arrival Information)

Submission of cargo data to customs authorities in advance, before arrival at the border.

10. ETD (Electronic Transit Declaration)

Electronic document submitted for goods transported under transit procedure.

  • transport details

11. Customs guarantee

A financial guarantee ensuring that all duties and taxes will be paid if necessary.
During transit, duties are not paid immediately, but customs requires assurance that:

  • goods will reach destination
  • goods will not be lost
  • goods will not be illegally distributed
